The Opportunity
This role will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making through the delivery of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business partnering and commercial analysis. Working closely with senior finance leaders and operational stakeholders, you will help drive business performance through insightful reporting, process improvement initiatives and data-driven decision support.

This position is ideal for an ambitious FP&A; professional looking to broaden their commercial exposure while contributing to the growth and transformation of a complex, multi-divisional business.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver monthly management and KPI reporting.
- Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
- Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision making.
- Assist with board, executive and management reporting requirements.
- Support continuous improvement, automation and reporting efficiency initiatives.
- Contribute to planning and reporting system enhancements and implementations.
- Provide ad hoc commercial and financial analysis as required.

The Candidate
You are a commercially focused finance skilled who enjoys working with data, solving problems and partnering with stakeholders to influence business outcomes.
You will bring:





- CA or CPA qualification.
- Experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or finance business partnering roles.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
- Experience working with planning and reporting systems such as TM1, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.
