About the Role

We are looking for a DDLR SME (Dynamic Distribution Line Rating) with strong expertise in Utility Operational Technology (OT), WAMS, PMU and Synchrophasor technologies.

The role will support utilities in improving grid visibility, situational awareness, network reliability and operational intelligence through advanced grid monitoring, analytics and real-time data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support implementation of WAMS and PMU-based solutions.
- Develop use cases for grid monitoring, event analysis and network performance assessment.
- Support integration with EMS, SCADA, ADMS and analytics platforms.
- Analyse synchrophasor data and network performance information.
- Support solution testing, deployment and operational readiness.
- Prepare technical documentation and training materials.
- Provide technical guidance during implementation and operational support.

Technical Skills
- Strong experience with WAMS and Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) technologies.
- Knowledge of synchrophasor analytics and grid monitoring solutions.




- Understanding of EMS, SCADA and utility OT systems.
- Knowledge of IEC 61850, ICCP and utility communication standards.
- Experience with transmission and distribution network monitoring.
- Understanding of power system stability, reliability and grid performance.
- Exposure to Energetic Distribution Line Rating (DDLR) concepts and applications.

Industry Expertise
- Transmission and distribution system operations.
- Grid reliability and resilience initiatives.
- Utility OT and monitoring systems.
- Operational analytics and grid performance assessment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Utility OT.
- 5+ years of experience working with EMS, SCADA, WAMS, PMU or Synchrophasor solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
