Must Have Skills:

· Providing Level 2/3 support for Windows/VMware Production Servers, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of critical business applications.

· Managing physical Windows servers and hardware infrastructure, including server provisioning, firmware updates, hardware diagnostics, and vendor coordination

· Experience supporting production change implementation, patch management, server migrations, and infrastructure upgrade projects.

· Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, failover/failback activities, and ensuring business continuity for production environments.

· Hands-on experience with user administration, XENAPP and maintain Citrix XenApp environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

· Knowledge of, Shell Scripting, Python, or PowerShell for automation

· Understanding of server security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance standards including CIS benchmarks and audit requirements

· Understanding of Upgrade , patching process for unix servers.

· Familiarity with clustered environments and high availability solutions such as Veritas Cluster Server (VCS).
