What You'll Be Doing

As part of our amazing team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the delivery of fun, creative, and age-appropriate programs for school-aged children
- Building positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assisting in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children in your care
- Encouraging children's independence, confidence, and social skills through play and structured activities
- Following all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to ensure child safety and wellbeing
- Communicating openly and warmly with families about their child's day and development
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who brings energy, kindness, and a genuine love for working with children. Here's what we'd love you to have:





- A willingness to learn and grow within the OSHC sector
- A current or willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A friendly and approachable nature with excellent communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- A genuine passion for supporting children's wellbeing and development
