Topper's Mountain Wines is seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded Cellar Door, Events & Accommodation Manager to help lead and grow the tourism side of our business.

This is a unique chance to join an award-winning cool climate winery as we expand our accommodation offering, increase visitor experiences and grow our event calendar. Starting on a part-time basis, the role is expected to evolve into a full-time position as accommodation, tourism and visitation continue to grow through your efforts.

The flexibility offered by this role creates opportunities for applicants throughout the New England region, subject to being available for regular on-site attendance.

About the Role

Working closely with the owners, you will oversee and develop the visitor experience across:

- Cellar Door operations
- Guest accommodation management
- Private events, weddings and celebrations
- Wine tastings and tourism experiences
- Marketing and social media
- Visitor engagement and customer service
- Tourism partnerships and regional promotion

The role offers flexibility, with work-from-home administration and marketing combined with on-site tasting & event hosting, management and guest interaction.

About You

Ideally,



you'll have experience in one or more of the following:

- Tourism and visitor attraction management
- Winery, cellar door or wine tourism operations
- Event management, weddings or hospitality functions
- Guest accommodation or short-stay management
- Social media marketing and business promotion

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- The ability to work independently and help expand on existing business success
- A genuine passion for wine, tourism, hospitality and regional Australia
