Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the technical side of BIM on large-scale projects, making sure digital strategies run smoothly from start to finish.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other specialists to set standards that improve project outcomes and team collaboration.
- Be the go-to person for BIM implementation, solving challenges, and making sure data and models are accurate and reliable.
- Use BIM360 and other digital tools to keep everyone connected, streamlining communication and keeping projects on track.
- Support and mentor team members, helping them grow their skills while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Look for ways to improve processes and workflows, always aiming for more efficient, higher-quality project delivery.
- Build the practice’s reputation as a leader in digital design by sharing insights and collaborating with external partners and clients.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in architecture,



construction, or digital project management, with a solid track record in BIM coordination or leadership.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and other BIM tools—comfortable managing complex digital workflows on large projects.
- Passionate about pushing technological boundaries and sharing knowledge with others.
- Great communicator who can simplify technical details and build strong relationships with diverse teams and clients.
- Organised, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
- Understanding of Australian standards and international BIM best practices is a bonus.
