The Roles

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

- Leading and managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Managing, mentoring and developing kitchen teams
- Overseeing service delivery, preparation and kitchen standards
- Menu development and seasonal menu changes
- Ownership and effective management of COG's
- Rostering and labour management
- Ordering, stock control and supplier management
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
- Working closely with front-of-house and senior management teams
- Supporting functions, events and high-volume trading periods
- Recruitment,



onboarding and training of kitchen staff
- Building a positive, structured and accountable kitchen culture

About You
We are keen to hear from candidates with experience as a:

- Head Chef
- Sous Chef
- Senior Sous Chef
- Executive Sous Chef
- Strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up

You will ideally bring:

- Strong experience within quality, high-volume or premium hospitality environments
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of food cost, labour and kitchen financials
- Strong organisation and service management ability
- Confidence training and developing junior chefs
- A hands-on approach to kitchen leadership
- Consistent attention to quality, presentation and food safety
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider management team
