We’re working with an established strata business that has a solid focus on its people, support and creating a better way of working for its Strata Managers.
They’re looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join their team and take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 70 buildings / 600 lots, covering Norwest and surrounding areas within the Hills region and Western Suburbs.

The Role:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 70 buildings / 600 lots across Norwest and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees and key stakeholders
- Coordinate and attend strata meetings, with a strong focus on digital meeting options
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio management, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and proactively
- Work closely with your Assistant Strata Manager, Compliance and Customer Support teams
- Ensure legislative and compliance requirements are met across the portfolio
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and portfolio performance

You’ll ideally bring:

- Solid experience managing a strata portfolio




- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Confidence dealing with committees, owners and stakeholders
- A proactive approach to portfolio management
- The ability to work collaboratively within a pod structure
- A genuine interest in joining a business that is investing in its people and continuing to improve how it operates
