The Role

You will join the site team delivering a high-profile advanced manufacturing and technology facility within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.

- Supervising structural works from substructure through to the main building structure
- Coordinating concrete, structural steel and associated structural trades
- Managing sequencing, programme and day-to-day site activities
- Coordinating structural interfaces with façade, services and specialist areas
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works meet programme and quality requirements
- Reviewing drawings and resolving site and constructability issues
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and site presentation
- Working closely with the Site Manager, engineers and project delivery team

About You




You will be an experienced Foreman with a strong structures background gained with a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builder.

- Proven experience delivering structural packages on major commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete and structural steel construction
- Experience on technically complex projects such as defence, health, data centres, laboratories, industrial or advanced manufacturing would be highly regarded
- Strong subcontractor management and programming skills
- The ability to coordinate complex structural, services and façade interfaces
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to quality and safety
