As the E2E Service Procurement Manager, you will be the strategic lead behind the end-to-end indirect value chain for Hill’s Pet Nutrition ANZ—a proud part of the Colgate-Palmolive family.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Procurement South Pacific, you won't just manage contracts; you will optimise the ecosystem that delivers premium nutrition to millions of pets. This unique role bridges both the supply and demand sides of procurement, giving you complete visibility and ownership from the ground up. In this role, you will lead the strategic sourcing, risk mitigation, and vendor management across our comprehensive E2E services footprint:

- Drive efficiency and resilience in our logistics network, overseeing Freight, Warehousing, and Co-packing to ensure our premium products reach the market seamlessly.

- While your core focus is services and logistics, this role is intentionally dynamic.



You will have the mandate to step outside the traditional indirect boundary—participating in cross-functional task forces, regional project optimisation, and division-led sourcing initiatives that allow you to influence broader procurement categories and business simplification strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Manage indirect materials, services, and procurement processes to achieve corporate, division, and local KPIs.

- Accountable for Services Procurement KPIs, collaborating with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, to optimize performance.

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve annual Hub savings and business simplification targets, maintaining regular alignment with the Hub Management Team.

- Ensure full compliance with all Services Procurement mandates and spending thresholds.

- Build and maintain robust internal and external strategic business relationships.

- Ensure service quality objectives are met and continuously improved, with timely resolution of operational issues.

- Collaborate with Hub, Division, and Global Category Leaders and suppliers to ensure centrally-led sourcing projects are implemented efficiently, including negotiations, RFPs, cost model analysis, and holistic risk mitigation.

- Implement metrics, tools, and processes (e.g., Relationship Management Programs) to optimise sourcing, foster supplier innovation, and simplify business processes.

- Drive comprehensive change management plans to ensure organisational readiness for new sourcing strategies.

- Facilitate Cost Risk Management Committee (CRMC) approvals as required.

- Provide regular updates to the Hub Management Team on project status, annual objectives, and key issues.

- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and technology trends, sharing insights with Hub partners.

- Map category footprints to enhance market intelligence and build strategic,



long-term frameworks.

- Lead or participate in special projects and task forces at the Division and Global levels from time to time.

Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management.

- Deep understanding of Services Procurement (Indirect Procurement) is strongly preferred.

- Strong collaborator and enjoy being part of a cross functional team

- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proactive, analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

- Proven proficiency in negotiation, influence, and presentation.

- Extensive experience managing end-to-end RFx processes and strong project management capabilities.

- Solid customer focus and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

- Experience in Indirect/Service Procurement within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Advanced understanding of integrated Supply Chain management.
- Google suite and SAP experience highly regarded
