We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing Gold Coast team and deliver meaningful, play-based and neuroaffirming therapy to children and young people aged 1–18.

This is a varied mobile and in-clinic role, giving you the opportunity to work with children where it matters most — at home, kindy, school and in the community — alongside sessions from our welcoming Varsity Lakes clinic.

You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home one day of the week, regular supervision and professional development, and the support of a close-knit team who genuinely enjoy working together.

- $75,000–$110,000 salary package, depending on experience

What your role could look like

You may spend your morning supporting a child with their school participation, visit a kindy to collaborate with educators, and then spend your afternoon delivering play-based therapy from our Varsity Lakes clinic.

Your caseload may include children working towards goals relating to:

- Emotional and self-regulation

- Sensory processing

- Self-care and daily living skills

- Fine motor and handwriting skills

- Social participation and play

- Attention and executive functioning

- School readiness and participation at school or kindy

- Confidence and independence in everyday activities

You'll work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, educators and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, meaningful and able to translate into children's everyday lives.

We'd love to hear from you if you...

- Are a qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration

- Have at least 1 year of paediatric experience, or strong paediatric placement experience

- Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle

- Can travel within our service areas of the Gold Coast Reigon (Tweed to Ormeau)





- Have a genuine interest in working with children and their families

- Are warm, reflective and confident building relationships

- Communicate clearly and professionally with families and other professionals

- Enjoy working independently while still wanting connection and support from your team

- Value ongoing learning, supervision and reflective practice

- Bring creativity, curiosity and a sense of fun to therapy
