Training & Enablement Lead, SAP S/4HANA Programme

About the prospect
Our client is delivering a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and needs an experienced Training & Enablement Lead to make sure people are ready, confident and productive from day one of go-live. You'll own the end-to-end training and enablement strategy, from needs analysis through to delivery and post-go-live adoption.

What you'll do

- Define and lead the training and enablement approach across the S/4HANA programme, aligned to the SAP Activate methodology
- Run training needs analysis and build role-based learning paths for each business area
- Design, deploy and maintain WalkMe in-app guidance, walk-throughs and digital adoption content
- Lead a team of trainers, content developers and super users
- Work closely with the change management, functional and technical workstreams to align training with release and cutover plans
- Plan and run training delivery across classroom, virtual and self-paced formats




- Track readiness and adoption, report to programme leadership and drive continuous improvement post go-live

What you'll bring

- Proven experience leading training and enablement on an SAP S/4HANA programme
- Hands-on experience with WalkMe, including building and managing content
- Working knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and how training fits into each phase
- Strong stakeholder management, with confidence engaging senior leaders and business users
- Experience leading and coordinating trainers and content teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong prior experience leading challenging, complex large programmes

- Lead enablement on a flagship SAP transformation
- $1000 - $1150 per day inc Super (flex)
