This is a part time vacancy available for 0.65 (24 hrs) per week.

Working with the Senior Horticulturist, the Project Manager will support Alice Springs Desert Park to deliver the 'Living Desert Heirlooms' seed banking project to support conservation of significant plant species at the National Heritage listed Watarrka National Park, collaborating with Traditional Owners, Rangers, park managers, botanists and conservation seed banking practitioners. The project is funded by a grant from the Commonwealth Government, working closely with the Australian Seed Bank Partnership.

The position will manage a multi-stakeholder project and involve logistics, planning field trips, expenditure tracking for the grant, record keeping and report writing.
