About You

- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
- Chartered status (CPEng) or actively working towards it.
- 10 - 12+ years’ experience in building services consulting.
- Strong technical capability across mechanical design and project delivery.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing engineering teams.
- Comfortable managing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Solid understanding of Australian standards and industry regulations.

About the Role

- Lead mechanical services design from early planning through to construction delivery.
- Ensure design excellence across quality, sustainability, safety and compliance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage key project interfaces.
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Support business growth through client engagement and technical input.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted technical point of contact.
