About You

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Approximately 3-8 years' experience in civil design, ideally within a consultancy.
- Strong working knowledge of 12d Model and/or Civil 3D.
- Experience with DRAINS or similar stormwater modelling software will be highly regarded.
- Design experience across roads, stormwater, water and sewer reticulation, and bulk earthworks.
- Familiarity with Hunter Water requirements and local council design specifications.
- Clear technical writing skills and the confidence to deal directly with clients and authorities.
- Working towards or holding CPEng or NER registration (desirable).

About the Role

- Prepare civil designs for residential subdivision, commercial and industrial developments.
- Produce road, stormwater, earthworks and utility designs and drawings.
- Prepare stormwater management plans and supporting reports for DA and construction certificate approvals.
- Liaise with councils, Hunter Water and other authorities to obtain approvals.
- Coordinate with surveyors, planners and other consultants throughout project delivery.
- Provide design support during construction, including responding to RFIs and attending site.




- Mentor graduate engineers and drafters where required.
