About You

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 + years' civil design experience, with a proven career built in the Sydney market.
- Extensive experience across urban land development highly regarded, spanning industrial, residential, commercial and public infrastructure/domain work.
- Chartered Civil Engineer (CPEng).
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment to meet deadlines.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
- Brings a track record of business development to the role.
- Proficient in relevant software packages including 12d, DRAINS, MUSIC and AutoCAD, applied in line with Australian design standards.

About the Role

- Join the Senior Management Team and help steer the ongoing growth of the business.
- Take ownership of design and project management for major urban development projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
- Lead an established, growing team based in Sydney.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers coming through the team.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
