Care Manager - Aged Care

This an exciting new chance for an experienced Clinical Manager to join an established Aged Care provider on Lower North Shore. In this role, you will work alongside another Clinical Manager to lead and support the delivery of high-quality clinical care across a large residential aged care facility.

The Requirements:

- AHPRA Registered Nurse with 2+ years Management experience working in residential aged care
- Strong understanding of Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards & knowledge of AN-ACC funding
- Proven experience leading a clinical team through successful accreditation process
- Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
