About the Role;
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Warehouse Administration & Internal Sales All-Rounder to join a successful privately owned business, who specialise in the design and fabrication of outdoor landscape and architectural products. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a combination of customer contact, administration, internal sales and practical warehouse work. You will be the type of person who is happy to answer a customer enquiry in the office, prepare a quote, organise a delivery and then head into the warehouse to pick an order or unload a truck as required. Previous experience in an "all rounder" role within a landscape/architectural or building products setting would be highly regarded.

Duties:

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Providing product information and assisting with pricing enquiries




- Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
- Following up orders, deliveries and customer requirements
- Liaising with suppliers and freight companies
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
- Receiving, checking and putting away stock
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- General warehouse duties and stock control
- Operating a forklift when required
- Occasional local deliveries and collections
- General administration and other day-to-day tasks as required

Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in warehouse administration, internal sales, customer service or product distribution
- Ideally has knowledge of building products, construction supplies or a related industry
- Holds a current forklift licence or is willing to obtain one
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Has good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Communicates confidently with customers, suppliers and freight companies
- Is practical, reliable and willing to get involved
- Can work comfortably between the office and warehouse
- Please note: This position is suitable to Permanent Residents or Citizens currently based in WA.
