Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site audits and safety inspections.
- Provide WHS advice and compliance support.
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting.
- Review SWMS, risk assessments and safety plans.
- Deliver safety training and awareness sessions.
- Support rehabilitation and return-to-work activities.

About You

- WHS experience within construction, maintenance or a related industry.
- Solid knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience with audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to provide practical safety advice.

Highly Desirable

- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.
- Experience within building, construction or maintenance environments.
- Exposure to contractor management and safety systems.
