Aged care is the core of what our client does, not a service its pharmacists are only occasionally called on for, so your ACOP accreditation is put to use every working day.

About the Position
As an Onsite Aged Care Pharmacist in Goulburn, you will deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services to aged care residents, including medication reviews, in a part-time or full-time role.

- Educate and train facility staff and contribute to clinical governance, policy and procedure development, so your influence reaches well beyond individual reviews
- A genuinely flexible roster of one to five days a week, built around your relocation rather than a fixed nine to five
- Work within a team and see the ongoing impact of your clinical input on residents, rather than dispensing in isolation
- Varied, dynamic work with regular opportunities for professional growth

Key Requirements
Essential:
- Current general registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA, unrestricted
- Active ACOP accreditation
- Accredited to vaccinate
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with facility staff and residents
- Proactive, driven, and passionate about making a genuine difference in aged care
- Open to relocating from Melbourne to Goulburn

Desirable:
- MMR credentialling
