About the position
Our client is looking for a capable Practice Manager to oversee clinic operations and provide solid leadership to the team.
You’ll be responsible for keeping the practice organised, productive and patient-focused. This will involve supporting staff, coordinating workflows, maintaining operational standards and working closely with the Dentists to ensure each day runs efficiently.
The clinical team provides a broad range of care, including preventative dentistry, restorative treatments, crowns, fillings, teeth whitening and cosmetic procedures.

Key Requirements

- Previous practice management or comparable leadership experience
- Dental industry experience is highly regarded
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team




- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Confident communication with patients, Dentists and staff
- Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused during busy periods
- Sound understanding of practice administration and operational processes
- Strong commitment to patient service and team culture
