Engineering Trades Australia is seeking 2 x Dual-Traded Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians for an upcoming shutdown with a major mining operation near Cloncurry, QLD. This opportunity is suited to experienced dual-trade professionals with a robust mining background, particularly those who have worked across surface operations, processing plants or mills.

The Details

The role will involve electrical and instrumentation maintenance across the mine's processing operations, supporting shutdown activities and ensuring equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently.

- Rate: $100/hr Flat - Casual
- Shutdown: 5th Nov - 8th Nov
- Roster: 12-hour shifts / Day Shifts
- Fly In: 4th Nov (Paid 12 hours)
- Fly Out: 9th Nov (Paid 6 hours)
- Travel: FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns

About You





- Dual-trade qualifications in Electrical and Instrumentation.
- Previous mining experience, ideally across surface operations, mills or processing plants.
- Shutdown experience, highly regarded.
- Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets.
- A strong commitment to safety and site procedures.
- Availability for the full shutdown and travel schedule.
