We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) to join a supportive team delivering person-centred behaviour support services to NDIS participants, including individuals with complex and high-risk needs.

This is an opportunity for a passionate practitioner to make a meaningful difference by supporting participants to achieve greater choice, independence, safety and quality of life, while working collaboratively with families, carers and wider support networks.

About the Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

- Deliver Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants, including those with complex and high-risk needs.
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and develop, implement and review individualised Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support workers and other service providers to achieve positive outcomes.
- Manage complex cases, identify risks and safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary and multi-agency teams.

About You
We are looking for a practitioner who has:

- Experience delivering behaviour support services within the NDIS or a similar disability setting, particularly with complex needs.
- Experience completing Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing, implementing and reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
- A robust understanding of restrictive practices, safeguarding and NDIS requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a complex caseload.
- A person-centred approach, strong ethical judgement and the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications & Checks





- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behaviour Analysis, Allied Health, Disability or a related discipline.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Eligibility for registration/approval under the relevant NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner requirements.
- Understanding of the NDIS Act, NDIS Practice Standards and Positive Behaviour Support requirements.

Desirable Qualifications

- NDIS Positive Behaviour Support-specific training or certification.
- Registration with a relevant professional body, where applicable.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
