Role Overview
Sales leadership role to a direct team of 4 and an overall team of 25+
This role will also have a focus on business development and relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and develop the team, working closely with TL's and staff across 2 sites - Geelong and Ballarat
- Own the regional P&L;, sales budget and gross margin
- Drive current business across healthcare channels - community, rehab and aged care
- Spend time in the field with key customers and support your reps on strategic sales opportunities.
- Work closely with service, operations, customer service and finance to deliver a great customer experience

Skills Required

- Proven sales management experience
- Business development experience – comfortable winning new customers as well as managing existing
- A background in healthcare, aged care, disability, rehab or medical equipment is highly regarded
- Experience with P&L;, budget and margin accountability
- Capable sales leader to maintain and further grow a successful team, managing teams by personality and skill set.
- Based in Geelong or surrounds, with a current driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally
