The opportunity

Our client is an established Pilbara community services provider committed to supporting older people with safe, respectful and person-centred care. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents and help tailor care to their individual needs.

- Assess residents, update care plans and review care goals as needs change.
- Deliver and document nursing care, including medication administration within your scope of practice.
- Communicate with residents, families, colleagues and health professionals.
- Guide and mentor care staff and students.
- Contribute to clinical quality and continuous improvement.
- Day-shift Nurses Award rate of $45.53 - $57.11 ph. (DOE), plus a remote allowance.

- On days off,



you could follow a local heritage trail, head towards Karratha and Dampier for beaches and coastal outings or plan a longer trip to Millstream Chichester National Park!

About you

- Please consider the practical arrangements before applying, housing - sharing a rental with another successful applicant is a possibility to explore.
- A work vehicle and sponsorship are not provided.
- You will need current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
- Residential aged care experience is preferred, experience working with Aboriginal communities is desirable.
- Other role requirements include a National Police Clearance, and an unrestricted driver’s licence.
