About the Role

Smith & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join an established business specialising in UPS and electrical power solutions.

Based in Ormiston, this is a hands-on role for someone who knows UPS systems inside and out and is comfortable taking ownership of service requirements, electrical work, documentation and day-to-day coordination.

You’ll work across UPS servicing, fault-finding and external bypass switching, while ensuring service work is completed efficiently and accurately.

This role is specifically suited to someone with previous experience working for a UPS company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day UPS service requirements.
- Service and fault-find UPS systems and associated electrical equipment.
- Coordinate and complete service-related electrical works.
- Work with UPS systems and external bypass switching requirements.
- Complete service reports, documentation and administration accurately.

Salary & Benefits

- $130,000–$180,000 + superannuation. Pending experience
- Permanent full-time position based in Ormiston.




- 7.6-hour working days.
- Occasional overtime when required.

What You’ll Bring

- Current Electrical Licence.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience working within the UPS industry.
- Demonstrated experience servicing and fault-finding UPS systems.
- External bypass switching experience is highly regarded.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

You’ll also need to have solid written and verbal communication skills, good organisation and the ability to work independently.
