We’re working with an established strata business on the Northern Beaches looking for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to take ownership of a quality portfolio across the local area.
You’ll be joining a beautiful office environment with onsite parking while benefiting from a smooth handover with the current manager remaining involved to support the transition.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 buildings / 1,200–1,500 lots
- Manage a portfolio predominantly located across the Northern Beaches
- Focus on strata management with no CA, NA or BMC management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with owners and committees
- Coordinate and attend strata meetings
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio, maintenance and compliance matters
- Proactively manage issues and ensure matters are followed through
- Deliver a high level of service across your portfolio

What We're Looking For





- Experienced Senior Strata Manager with strong portfolio management experience
- Confident managing a substantial portfolio with a high level of autonomy
- Solid communicator who builds trusted client relationships
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach to managing issues and client needs
- Takes pride in delivering a high level of service
