An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Marketing Assistant Intern to gain practical, hands-on marketing experience with an established professional services business based in Sydney CBD.
This internship is ideal for a marketing student or recent graduate looking to build Australian industry experience and develop practical skills across digital marketing, social media, content creation, events and marketing campaigns.

Working alongside an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real marketing initiatives while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content
- Support LinkedIn and other digital marketing activities
- Assist with content creation for blogs, newsletters and marketing communications
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support the organisation and promotion of events, webinars and industry initiatives
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and database communications
- Help prepare basic marketing materials and digital content
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support website content updates and general marketing administration
- Assist with tracking campaign engagement and marketing performance
- Contribute ideas for improving brand awareness and audience engagement




- Work collaboratively with the marketing and wider business teams

About You
We are looking for someone who:

- Is currently studying or has recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Has a strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
- Is confident using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Has robust written and verbal communication skills
- Is creative, organised and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable working in a professional office environment
- Has basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, email marketing platforms or social media scheduling tools
- Is proactive and willing to learn
- Can commit to 3 days per week for 12 weeks

Experience with Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite or similar marketing tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
