RM Group is seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers to join established teams delivering major commercial construction and railway infrastructure projects across Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions.
These are exciting opportunities for project management professionals looking to take ownership of large-scale projects, work with experienced delivery teams, and contribute to high-profile infrastructure developments. Salary of up to $185k based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion
- Lead project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement and resources
- Coordinate construction activities and ensure projects remain on programme
- Oversee quality, safety and compliance requirements
- Manage client relationships and project reporting
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered to the required standards, timelines and budgets
About You:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial construction, rail or infrastructure
- Robust understanding of project delivery, programming and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead project teams effectively
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Rail experience, including knowledge of rail environments and project requirements, will be highly regarded
