Salary: Based on experience + superannuation

Duties

- Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
- Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.




- Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
- Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
- Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

Skills & experience

- Hold a tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology
- Hold registration with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
- Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
- Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
