Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced AO5 Procurement Advisor to join a busy regional procurement team based in Nerang.

Working within Program Support, you will provide professional procurement advice and deliver end-to-end procurement activities, while supporting the development and implementation of effective procurement strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Deliver end-to-end procurement activities including planning, documentation, evaluation, supplier negotiation and contract documentation
- Support contract management and the effective use of supply arrangements
- Provide timely and accurate procurement advice aligned with procurement and governance frameworks
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor performance and undertake analysis and reporting to support successful business outcomes
- Identify and implement improvements to procurement processes and procedures
- Liaise with procurement counterparts to share knowledge and refine business practices
- Lead and coach support staff, identifying development and training requirements




- Ensure procurement practices comply with relevant policies, legislation and governance obligations

To be successful, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end procurement activities
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, governance and contract management
- Experience preparing procurement documentation and undertaking evaluations and supplier negotiations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
- Ability to identify and implement procurement process improvements
- Well-developed analytical, reporting and communication skills
- Current Class C driver's licence
- Ability to successfully complete required employment screening
