Client Details
Our client is a privately owned, financially stable builder based close to Brisbane CBD. The company is built on repeat business, and over 90% of their project pipeline for 2026 and 2027 is from repeat clients. They are now looking to add a new Site Manager to their team, initially to deliver a $7m commercial projects on the north side of Brisbane.

Description
Key responsibilities include:

- Day to day management and coordination of sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring a safe site at all times
- Quality control and defect minimisation




- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project deadlines are met

Profile
Selection criteria will include:

- QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or ability to obtain one at relatively short notice)
- Good level of computer literacy (Procore preferred but not critical)
- Trade background preferred (carpentry)
- Track record of delivering commercial or residential projects in the $5-20m range
