About Our Client
Our client is a well-capitalised developer with a strong pipeline of mixed-use residential projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale mixed-use development from planning through to completion.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Development Director, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of mixed-use residential projects across multiple stages of development. Other key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating Consultants, Authorities, & Project Stakeholders
- DA Submissions, Planning approvals, & Design Management
- Feasibility Modelling, Budgeting, & Financial Reporting
- Preparing Reports, Presentations,



& Development Updates
- Monitoring Programme, Project Risks, & Key Milestones

Who We’re Looking For
To be considered for this exciting opportunity it is essential that you have current experience as a Graduate/Junior Architect working on class 2 projects. You will be looking to take the next step in your career and work in development management. Other requirements include:

- Residential Apartment & Mixed-Use Development Experience
- Tertiary Qualifications in Architecture
- The Ability to Take Direction & Complete Assigned Tasks
- Strong Commercial & Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
