Store Manager

Apex Convenience QSR 1 Pty Ltd is looking for an energetic, highly enthusiastic and hardworking individual with an amazing attitude to join their vibrant team as Store Manager at their Carles Jr. store in Kelso, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the overall day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth business performance
- Creating staff rosters and managing workforce requirements efficiently
- Supervising, training, recruiting, and motivating staff to maintain high operational and customer service standards
- Managing and monitoring stock levels including inventory control, waste management, and stock ordering
- Ensuring high standards of product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace health & safety compliance
- Assisting with promotional advertising and marketing activities to support sales growth and business development
- Analysing sales figures and operational performance to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement




- Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Managing cash handling, POS operations, banking procedures, and daily financial reporting
- Reporting store performance, operational statistics, and improvement strategies to the Franchisee and senior management
- Maintaining a positive team culture and inspiring staff to achieve sales targets and operational excellence

- Resilience and Adaptability

Experience Required: Relevant experience in a similar field.

GOOD SALARY PACKAGE: (AUD80,000 + Super)
