The opportunity & how you will make an impact:

We are looking for a Centre Manager to join our Integrated Property Solutions team in Brisbane.

This is an exciting growth opportunity for a property professional looking to take the next step in their career, with exposure across a diverse portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets. Supporting multiple portfolios and working alongside experienced Asset Managers, you'll gain broad exposure to all aspects of property and centre management while playing a key role in delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients, tenants and communities.

As part of our growing Asset Management business, you will have the opportunity to expand your commercial capabilities, build strong client relationships and contribute to the performance and success of a varied property portfolio.

You will:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio
- Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, service providers and clients




- Support leasing activity, including lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant negotiations
- Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting, forecasting and outgoings reconciliations
- Minimise arrears and support tenant compliance with lease obligations
- Coordinate centre and asset initiatives, including marketing, activation and community engagement activities
- Work closely with on-site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and consistent operations
- Contribute to client reporting, providing commercially focused insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance, customer experience and operational efficiencies

About you:

You're someone who sits in that “ready for more” space — you've built a solid foundation in property or centre management and are now looking for broader exposure, more ownership and a portfolio that stretches your capability.

You will bring:

- Around 5+ years' experience in property or centre management
- Experience working across retail or neighbourhood shopping centres (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills — you build trust quickly and communicate with confidence
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to understand leasing, budgets and centre performance




- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence preferred)
