Public Sector People is looking for a Team Leader - Tenancy Services to lead a team delivering housing and tenancy support to individuals and families across Brisbane.

You’ll oversee day-to-day tenancy services, help staff work through complex matters and make sure tenants receive transparent, responsive support. The role also has scope to improve service delivery and strengthen connections with community organisations and support services.

Reporting to the Housing & Communities Manager, you will:

- Lead and coach a team of up to six Housing and Communities Officers
- Oversee arrears, inspections, lease renewals and tenancy sustainment
- Support staff with complex cases, complaints and escalations
- Monitor housing programs and service standards
- Build relationships with government agencies,



community groups and support providers

You’ll bring experience in tenancy management or housing services, a sound understanding of social housing and tenancy legislation, and the judgement to support staff working with people facing complex circumstances.

Qualifications in social work, community services, housing or a related field, or equivalent experience, are sought. You’ll need a current Queensland driver licence and be able to maintain a positive criminal history screening clearance.
