We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experienced people leader for a purpose-driven customer service team.

This is an opportunity to lead a team of 10–15 professionals, supporting them to deliver compassionate, high-quality service to customers during some of life’s most difficult moments.

The Role:

- Lead, coach and support a team of customer service professionals;
- Drive service, quality and efficiency targets;
- Support complex and sensitive customer interactions;
- Identify coaching and continuous improvement opportunities;
- Build a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture; and
- Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experienced people leader with contact centre or customer service experience;
- Strong coaching, communication and performance management skills;
- Empathetic, resilient and emotionally intelligent;
- Calm and professional when handling sensitive conversations; and




- Humble, cooperative and comfortable learning on the job.
