My client is a privately owned and well-established property and lifestyle group with a diverse portfolio across residential development and hospitality. They are looking for a Finance Systems / Management Accountant Lead to drive reporting and the analytical and operational backbone of the finance function. This role combines management accounting with ownership of the optimisation, automation and continuous improvement of the NetSuite and Prospend platforms, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis alongside system-driven process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly management accounts, reports and financial analysis against budget and forecast, monitoring performance and providing actionable insights to senior leadership
- Own the 12-month cash forecast, actualised weekly, and manage the Accounts Payable function end-to-end
- Act as the internal finance NetSuite subject matter expert, leading optimisation of the NetSuite and Prospend workplace driving best-practice and user adoption
- Review and improve core finance processes across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Financial Accounting
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to embed more efficient, system-driven ways of working,



and drive operational excellence through improved productivity and reduced costs.
- Identify, evaluate and implement finance automation, AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and reporting
- Enhance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and data visibility to support more informed decision-making across the business.
- Support month-end close, intercompany reconciliations and ad hoc reporting as required

About You

- CA/CPA qualified, with the ability to combine management accounting knowledge with systems and process improvement expertise
- Proven experience working with NetSuite with a strong understanding of core finance processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across finance and operational teams
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated success streamlining workflows and delivering automation initiatives that create measurable business value
- A naturally curious mindset with an interest in leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and business performance
