About the Role
As the Outcomes & Impact Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Kids First Australia's Outcomes & Impact Framework to life across Client Services. Working within the Evidence Informed Practice team, you'll build organisational capability to measure, interpret and act on outcomes data — strengthening practice, service delivery and evidence-informed decision-making at every level.
You'll collaborate with Operational Leaders, Practice and Clinical Leads, the Data team and external partners to translate evidence and organisational priorities into real-world impact — driving continuous improvement and ensuring outcomes insights are embedded meaningfully across Kids First.
About You
You're a skilled and motivated professional who brings together technical expertise, analytical thinking and a genuine heart for improving the lives of children, young people and families. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience in outcomes measurement, evaluation, research or evidence-informed practice.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data and evidence into actionable insights.
- Experience implementing outcomes frameworks or practice improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, collaboration and capability-building skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, cultural safety, inclusion and child-centred practice.
