The Role

We're looking for an Organisational Development Consultant to support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of OD programs and frameworks that build culture and capability across RAA.

You'll provide research, analysis and coordination across a range of OD initiatives, translating frameworks into practical outcomes for the business. This includes contributing to culture, engagement and capability assessment activities that inform talent decisions, as well as supporting the design and delivery of development and training programs, including RAA's leadership model. You'll also act as a trusted OD advisor to stakeholders across learning, capability, culture, talent and change.

About You

You enjoy turning OD theory into practical, everyday outcomes. You're comfortable moving between data analysis, program design and stakeholder conversations, and you're genuinely curious about what makes organisations and their people thrive.

You'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in organisational development, HR or a related field, including contributing to culture, capability, learning or change initiatives
- Working knowledge of OD principles and practice, and an understanding of change management
- Strong facilitation, consultation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across a multidisciplinary team
- The ability to analyse information and land on clear, practical recommendations
- Solid planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- A tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
