The Opportunity

Enterprise Group is supporting a large-scale transformation programme and is seeking a Change Analyst to help drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, and adoption activities.

As a Change Analyst, you will support the planning and delivery of change initiatives that enable successful business transformation across people, processes, technology, and policy. Partnering with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders, you will assess change impacts, drive business readiness activities, and help embed sustainable new ways of working.

You will play a key role in promoting consistent change management practices and supporting the successful transition of initiatives into business-as-usual operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on change professional looking to work alongside experienced programme teams and contribute to meaningful organisational change.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Support communications, engagement, and training activities.
- Facilitate workshops and gather business insights.
- Assess organisational readiness and identify adoption risks.
- Support user acceptance testing and transition activities.
- Track change metrics and provide reporting and insights to project teams.




- Contribute to the development and implementation of change management plans and deliverables.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5+ years' experience in change management, business readiness, and supporting multiple initiatives within complex project environments.
- Experience supporting transformation, technology, or business change initiatives.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and project teams.
- Experience developing communication, learning, or training materials will be highly regarded.
