Be the administrative centre of a small national education team, working directly with the CEO, three days a week.

Our client is an independent, not-for-profit entity responsible for the design, development and delivery of judicial education and training programs for Australian judicial officers.

The Opportunity

This 12-month part-time role, three days a week, is the administrative centre of a small team.

You will work directly with the CEO and alongside the Judicial Education Manager and the Program and Events Managers, keeping registrations, records, reporting and governance support running smoothly across a national program.

It is a small office, so what you do is visible and valued, and you will have real ownership of how the administration works.

- Supervise the Judicial Education Support Officer and build your leadership experience
- See how a national governance structure works up close by supporting quarterly Council and Program Advisory Committee meetings
- Gain hands-on experience across Salesforce, WordPress and a learning management system
- Contribute to marketing and communications through the newsletter, website and social media

The Role

You will own the organisation’s core administration, from participant registrations and records through to governance support and stakeholder reporting.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Managing participant registration for all in-person and on-demand education programs
- Keeping office documentation, mailing lists, records and Salesforce databases accurate and up to date
- Providing administrative support to the CEO, including correspondence and records management

- Providing administrative support to the Program and Events Managers for all education programs
- Coordinating administrative support for Council and Program Advisory Committee members and their quarterly meetings
- Auditing the website regularly so program offerings and registration details stay current
- Liaising with the external bookkeeper
- Supervising the Judicial Education Support Officer
- Completing WordPress, CRM and LMS administration tasks with the team
- Contributing to the marketing and communications strategy, including content for the newsletter, website and social media

The Ideal Person

You are an experienced administrator or coordinator who likes being the person who knows where everything is and makes sure nothing slips.

You are comfortable working with senior people, you write clearly, and you take pride in accurate records and well-run meetings.

You will bring the following skills and experience:

- Solid experience in an administration, executive support or program coordination role
- Confidence using a CRM such as Salesforce to manage registrations, contacts and records
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities for several people across a busy program calendar
- Clear, qualified written communication, including correspondence, meeting papers and reports
- Discretion and sound judgement when working with senior stakeholders and confidential information
- Experience supporting a board, council or committee, including meeting papers and follow-up

Salary / Rate

- $75k + 12% Super, pro-rata (three days per week)
- 12-month contract
- Based in Canberra, with a hybrid working arrangement
