The Australian National University (ANU) is one of the world's leading universities, recognised for excellence in research, education and impact. We are seeking a Senior Appointments Consultant to join our high-performing Executive Search team and support the delivery of senior leadership appointments across the University.

In this role, you will provide expert advice and coordination on senior appointment matters and executive onboarding, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience. You will manage complex appointment processes, provide advice on senior employment arrangements, support executive onboarding and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, reporting, compliance, and broader People & Culture projects.
