We’re currently partnering with a well-established, customer-focused business to recruit a Store Manager for their top-performing store in Wollongong.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of one of the business’s top-performing locations, leading a small team and ensuring the store continues to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading, coaching and motivating a small, customer-focused team
• Driving sales, KPIs, conversion and overall store performance
• Building strong customer relationships and confidently explaining products and services
• Managing cash handling, reconciliation and day-to-day financial processes
• Ensuring operational, security and compliance procedures are consistently followed
• Managing opening and closing procedures and daily store operations
• Supporting rostering, training and performance management
• Identifying opportunities to further grow sales and improve store performance
• Maintaining the high standards expected of a top-performing location

WHAT’S ON OFFER?
• Remuneration package $75,000 (inclusive of Super) + OTE up to $40k




• Monthly performance-based bonus scheme with potential to earn up to approximately $40,000 additional
• Choose your roster! Five-day working week with options including Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
