About the Role

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will manage the front reception at Kensington Grange, meet and greet visitors and attend to enquiries via phone or email. Working in a fast-paced environment, bring your flexible and approachable manner and join a friendly team.

One permanent position is available.Week 2:Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm.

Flexibility in availability is highly valued, as this role may involve covering shifts for other receptionist during periods of leave.

Essential Skills and Requirements

- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
- Reception and/ or administration experience in aged care




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards residents, families and staff
- Excellent presentation with a positive and mature attitude
