Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships?

In this role, you will be the first point of contact, assisting with enquiries relating to home loans and car loans while providing a seamless and positive customer experience. You will play a key role in customer retention, identifying opportunities for additional products and services, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care.

Working Monday to Friday Shifts you will be working
7am to 3.30pm, 8.30am to 5pm, or 10.30am to 7pm.

Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will:

- Provide exceptional support to customers
- Handle inbound customer calls while achieving service level and customer satisfaction targets
- Assist customers with loan enquiries including payouts, discharges, additional lending and further advances
- Build strong relationships with borrowers, brokers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate customer records and detailed file notes
- Identify and refer retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to specialist teams
- Deliver first-call resolution wherever possible




- Ensure compliance with industry legislation, company policy and regulatory requirements

To be successful you will have:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with a skilled phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage customer enquiries confidently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Able to complete a police check

Highly Regarded:

- Experience within banking, lending, mortgage or financial services environments
- Understanding of home loans, credit processes and financial products
- Experience working towards service levels and KPIs within a contact centre
