Job Description

Provide high-level executive support. Coordinate priorities. Keep a busy team organised and on track.

- Initial 6-month temporary opportunity with potential to extend

- Varied PA, executive administration and coordination role

- Work closely with senior leaders in a busy professional environment

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Support professional to provide high-level administrative and coordination support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is confident managing competing priorities.

About the Role

Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide day-to-day executive and administrative support while helping coordinate meetings, reporting, projects and key priorities.

This role would suit an experienced PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrator who is organised, professional and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and confidentiality.

- Initial 6-month temporary assignment

- Potential for extension

- Full-time hours

Key Responsibilities

- Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and competing priorities

- Coordinate agendas, minutes and follow-up actions

- Prepare reports, correspondence and business documentation

- Maintain records, data and information across corporate systems

- Assist with project coordination, plans and key deliverables

- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders

About You

You will bring:

- Previous PA, Executive Assistant or senior administration experience

- Strong diary management,



organisation and prioritisation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Confidence supporting senior stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and use initiative

- Professionalism, discretion and a high level of confidentiality

Highly Regarded

- Experience within a medium to large organisation

- Project administration or coordination experience

- Relevant administration or project management qualifications

​
