Award winning National practice is looking for passionate BIM leader for their Sydney studio. Play a key role in strengthening BIM capability across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead BIM setup across new and existing projects, ensuring teams have the right systems, standards and workflows in place.
- Develop and maintain BIM templates, standards, documentation and project protocols.
- Work closely with project teams to support BIM delivery, coordination and documentation quality.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting across BIM tools and workflows.
- Support project teams through BIM setup, implementation and handover.
- Develop and deliver training and onboarding for new and existing team members.
- Help improve consistency and efficiency across BIM processes and documentation.
- Work across multiple projects, collaborating with Principals, project leaders and broader studio teams.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the studio’s BIM strategy and standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, coordination and project delivery.
- Support the continued development of BIM capability across the practice.

Skills and Experience

- Strong BIM experience within an architecture, design, engineering or construction environment.
- Proven experience working across multiple projects and project teams.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, documentation and project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with relevant BIM tools and platforms, with a willingness to get back into the detail where required.




- Experience establishing BIM project setups, templates, standards and workflows.
- Confident training, onboarding and supporting others in BIM processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work strategically while remaining highly hands-on with project documentation and delivery.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence teams without relying solely on formal authority.
- Ideally, you’re currently a BIM Coordinator looking for the opportunity to step up, or an experienced BIM Manager ready to take on broader studio responsibility.
