Opportunity for an experienced Technician to support a Project Director in a commercial CBD-based studio with a varied project portfolio spanning commercial, civic, housing and hospital projects. You will be joining a long established mid-size studio with a busy pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within a team in a support position from concept through to construction documentation
- Revit modelling, documentation, detailing and coordination
- Working closely to support the Project Director/Lead Architect
- Some coordination work with external consultants and contractors
- Production of working drawings, detailing and implementation of drawing packages
Skills & Experience
- Advanced Revit skills
- Circa minimum 7+ years experience in a documentation role
- Strong eye for design, and ability to resolve designs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Working knowledge of the NCC and local authority regulations
- A positive and qualified attitude
