Key Responsibilities

- Lead and contribute to the design development of cutting-edge education and learning environments (K-12) across all project phases, from concept to handover.
- Drive design intent and oversee technical delivery, ensuring each scheme reflects excellence and functionality.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve design solutions that respond precisely to user and client needs.
- Develop compelling concepts, presentations, detailed documentation, and 3D models that communicate inspiring design ideas.
- Foster the professional growth of junior team members through mentorship and shared technical knowledge.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations effectively, maintaining a proactive approach at all times.




- Resolve technical and design challenges with practical, inventive solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Skills & Experience

- Approximately 7+ years of post-qualification experience with a strong track record in education and learning spaces.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept through to construction within complex environments.
- Deep understanding of educational design principles supporting learning, collaboration, and wellbeing.
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; excellent technical detailing skills.
- Experience coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
